I should also point out there's no reason a fourth moderator couldn't be appointed without removing any of the existing mods. But that won't make the person appointed any more of a leader than they already are. Many good beta sites are lead by users who are not interested in the tedium of being a mod. | |

I think comments would be a better statistic for this, but sadly I couldn't find numbers on that (maybe my reputation is too low...?) | |
